Kopi

Sometimes, I feel I'm probably overly mature for my age - has difficulty finding the pleasure in soft drinks, desserts, partying, extreme sports, shopping, drama series, yada yada yada.

Sometimes, I feel that I'm just hasn't grown up - e.g., has difficulty sharing the similar judgement of appearance (god knows how many times people have asked if I combed my hair when I actually did!!). So, whatever mentioned earlier may as well be explained by I'm simply not grown up! Or refuse to grow up... :P

And today, I felt I grown up a little and had more feel as a graduate student because I bought myself a cup of coffee, like many students who do it everyday, to drink during the break to keep myself awake. Did it work? I'm not too sure. I took half an hour nap in the library after that. And, I napped without an alarm clock with me, with an appointment with professor like 1 hour later. :P

Coffee doesn't taste good, I think. At least kids will agree with me. And I don't like the taste. I guess it worked on me - I didn't sleep in the class. BUT, the caffeine effects are horrible. I get slightly irritable, agitated and headaches.

Why coffee then? Because almost everyone drinks! And it has been claimed to work, for most of the times. And when you drink it, you're an adult!! Oh yeah, a very sound logic! :)

No matter what, kopi is in no way comparable to nasi!!

Nasi and the supporting roles! Me cooked the veggie soup and stir fried veggie.

By the way, just so you're jealous, I've come to the lightest weight I ever recorded since February 2011. Weight loss of 1600g (aka 1.6kg, aka 3.527395962lbs) after being here for almost 3 months.
